I’m a learning designer. I work as Director of Talent Development and Instructional Design at an EdTech firm in Brooklyn, NYC. I started this blog as a repository for ideas that can disappear swiftly if I don’t put them somewhere. I bring learning theory, people development, design, gamification, and (increasingly) AI together and see what happens.  Sometimes there’s a spark.
